4. Pricing and Payment
- Quotations: We provide project quotations based on the scope of work.Quotations are valid for a specified period.
- Payment Terms:
- Clients shall pay invoices within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- We accept payments via bank transfer or other mutually agreed methods.
- Late Payments:
- Late payment may result in project delays or additional charges.
- We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
5. Confidentiality
- Client Information: We respect the confidentiality
of client information, including project details, business strategies, and proprietary data.
- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):
We may sign an NDA with clients to protect sensitive information.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for:
- Loss of data or revenue
- Consequential damages
- Third-party claims arising from our services
- Our liability is limited to the project cost.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal.
8. Guarantee
At SHAB Online Solutions, LDA, we stand behind the quality of our work. We offer a 60-day worry-free guarantee on all services delivered. Here’s what you need to know:
- Eligibility:
- The guarantee applies to issues directly related to the original work we delivered. It covers any bugs, errors, or functionality gaps that were present at the time of delivery.
- The reported problem must not have occurred due to external factors,
subsequent modifications, or changes made by the client or third parties.
- Reporting Issues:
- If you encounter any issues within the first 60 days after project
completion, please notify us promptly at hussain@shabsol.com.
- Provide detailed information about the issue, including steps to reproduce it.
- Our Commitment:
- We will investigate the reported issue thoroughly.
- If the problem is within the scope of the original work, we will fix it promptly and at no additional cost.
- Exclusions:
- The guarantee does not cover issues arising from:
- Changes made by the client or third parties after project completion.
- Server or hosting-related problems not under our control.
- Acts of nature, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.
- We reserve the right to assess each case individually.
- Additional Fixes:
- If the issue is not caused by us but you still need our assistance, we are happy to help.
- However, any fixes beyond the guarantee period or falling under the
exclusions mentioned earlier will be subject to an additional cost based on
our standard rates.
